Fireplace Mantles and Surrounds Here are two different fireplace treatments, and both use more than one marbling effect. The one on the left has 3. All of the colors were chosen to coordinate with the neutral and black furniture in this tastefully decorated transitional living room. The gold and caramel tones in the mantle come from beautiful contemporary artwork in the room. The one on the right is in a sophisticated traditional setting and has 2 marble treatments. The subtle inset matches the newly painted "marble columns" in this elegant townhome. |
