This magnificent master bedroom with its stone fireplace, built-in bookcases, private balcony, round sitting room, and floor to ceiling windows with pocket doors... needed to have a wall treatment that was at once elegant and had a sense of "history." Since the home is an incredible replica of an very old castle from a Hollywood soap opera, an "aged stucco" technique was used throughout. Well-placed cracks heighten the drama and further create the illusion of a time past. |
